A single two hour surf lesson normally aimed at beginner level surfing in white water waves. Aiming to get you standing up all the way to the shore.
The lesson is broken into three parts:
Surf Safety and Warm Up. How to stay safe in the sea then a series of stretches specific to preparing for a surf.
Prone Surfing. This covers getting out through the surf, positioning on the surf board, wave selection and controlled surfing lying down. Then we get straight into the sea and and master that on the waves.
Standing Up. We run through a couple of ways of getting to your feet, see which one suits you best as we practice it on the beach, then get back out on the waves and do some proper surfing.
If its still not working then just jump out and run through it again with your instructor.
